What accountability actually does
I'm not your trainer. I don't write your programme — you may already have one, or you're working with a coach on that. I'm the person who makes sure you actually use it.
Day by day, on WhatsApp. You check in with your plan. I follow up. You show up. That's all — and it's enough.
I'm a CPD-certified OnTrack coach — one of the few in Norway certified in this method. The methods are grounded in research on habit formation and motivation.

Every Sunday you receive the week's email with a theme, inspiration and preparation — so you start the week with clear direction.
Monday to Saturday, you start the day with a personal morning message from me. You share what you're planning.

Who am I?
I'm a 1980-model, living with my husband, two kids and our dog Bosse. My life has contained many phases, challenges and turns — and much of it has shaped how and why I work the way I do.
In 2007, our daughter, then only 2 years old, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Sleep deprivation, anxiety, pain and low energy became part of everyday life. For a long time, I put myself last in the queue.
But in 2013 I stumbled upon yoga — and something in me woke up. What really made the difference was when I started working with accountability. Having someone who followed up, cheered me on and helped me stay consistent — that was what kept me going.
I've run my fourth 5K in 11 months after 12 years of calf pain. I'm training towards my first Ironman 70.3. I live what I coach.
